About the project
EU&YOU is an Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union through the Irish National Agency Léargas.
The project goal is to "Empower European citizens to visually express the EU's impact on their lives through an innovative inter-generational approach".
Our Goals
Showcasing positive EU impact: engage adults to learn about the EU through the appreciation of local, regional, and national projects and programmes.
Fostering collaborative learning through art
Bridging generations and countries through dialogue: promote intercultural and intergenerational dialogue about the EU.
The project allows 18 adults across Ireland, Italy and Portugal to explore the positive impact of the EU in their lives and islands, and through an creative intergenerational approach, promote these impacts through art. The cross-national exhibitions allow the participants to build a dialogue about the past and future of the EU with international peers and proudly present their artworks to 300 EU citizens. Finally, the project strengthens digital, green and inclusive practices of the organisations.
